Initially :
Weight = 100 kg
MP = Rs. 100
Rate = 1 Rs / kg.

Finally :
Weight = 96 kg
MP = Rs. 96
Rate = 80 / SP = 80/96

Effective discount = 1- 80 / 96 = 16 / 96
% discount = [(16 / 96) ]x 100 = 16.66 %
