Vitamins (A, K, E and D) are fat soluble vitamins, whereas Vitamins (B and C) are water soluble vitamins.Fat soluble vitamins can be dangerous for the body in case of more intakes of vitamins with fatty products, leading to Hypervitaminosis.
Kwashiorkor is caused by dificiency of protein whereas Nyctalopia (Night blindness) is caused by difficiency of vitamin A.
